To bring Fancy Fries’ concept to life, we took a hands-on approach from the outset. By getting to know their brand, service model, and kitchen requirements, we developed a bespoke design that truly worked for them. Using advanced CAD technology, we mapped out a layout that prioritised speed, efficiency, and ease of use – all centred around their signature fry offering.

Inside the Fancy Fries trailer, we installed powerful fryers, premium-grade electrics, plumbing, and durable stainless steel worktops – all built to handle the heat of high-volume service. Every fixture and fitting was selected not only for reliability and easy cleaning but also to meet the technical specifications needed for a fast-paced fry kitchen.

Internal/External Fit-Out

For Fancy Fries, we delivered a complete internal and external fit-out, creating a kitchen that’s as practical as it is professional. Inside, non-slip flooring, light weight aluminium finishes, and integrated storage were all crafted from high quality materials, chosen with hygiene and durability in mind. The setup features commercial fryers, fully fitted plumbing, and electrics – all installed to suit the bespoke layout and meet the latest safety standards. Externally, we added custom cladding, serving hatches, lighting, and branded panels to ensure the trailer looks as good as it performs.
