Built to the Highest UK Standards

All our catering trailers come with a DVSA-certified IVA certificate, ensuring they are fully road legal and meet all safety requirements in the UK. Once your trailer is built, it is sent to a designated DVSA test centre for a full Individual Vehicle Approval (IVA) inspection before delivery, giving you total peace of mind..

We use trusted AL-KO axles, overrun devices, jockey wheels and corner steadies to ensure a smooth, stable tow and long-lasting performance.

All lighting components are E-marked trailer running lights and reflectors, fitted as standard for road safety and compliance.

We believe your trailer should reflect your brand. That’s why we offer a wide range of exterior and interior colours and finishes as part of your standard build.

You can even colour match exterior trims and the gas locker to perfectly complement your chosen finish. Plus, with flexible door and hatch positions—including dual hatches or extra doors where possible—your trailer is configured exactly how you need it.

We’re here to support you long after you’ve hit the road. Every trailer includes a 12-month back-to-base warranty, along with dedicated help and support throughout your journey.

Stay operational any time of day with internal 12v roof and hatch lights, along with an exterior floodlight—and if more visibility is needed, additional flood lights are available.

All trailers come fitted with Buffalo board bases and Altro vinyl flooring—giving you a safe, easy-to-clean, and highly durable work surface built for heavy-duty use.

Certified Gas and Electrical Systems

Your safety is our top priority. All gas and electrical installations are completed by the highest qualified professionals and come fully certified.

Standard electrics are 32amp single phase, with options up to 125amp 3-phase for static or high-powered units. Gas lockers fit 3 x 19kg LPG bottles as standard.
